DEPARTING PHILIPPINES

It is suggested that you allow 2 to 3 hours for domestic travel, 3 to 4 hours for international travel prior to your departure time in order to complete the necessary check-in, security and Immigration formalities.

Make sure your hand-carry and check-in baggage meets the strict requirements, if in doubt check with the airline.

What may be allowed as a hand carry item in the Philippines may not be allowed in another country, for example cigarettes and tobacco, alcoholic drinks and certain food items. Check the customs requirements for the countries you will be flying via or in to.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

Make sure you have a valid visa and onward ticket for the country if required and your passport has a minimum of six months validity.

DOMESTIC FLIGHT IDs REQUIREMENTS

Please be informed that airlines will now be asking for 2 valid ID's upon check-in, this may be due to the increasing number of passengers using fraudulent tickets and falsified IDs. Also be reminded that using tickets issued under another guest's name you may be charged with civil and criminal action under existing law and may face imprisonment for up to 20 years.

DEPARTURE FEES
TERMINAL fee	600php international departures, 150php domestic departures. Check with the airline if included in your ticket.
Philippine Travel Tax for International flights	1,620php for Filipinos and 13A residents. Tourists after 1 year and some other categories.
13A Residents	EMIGRATION Exit Clearance 2,170php. Additional 500php on first exit.
TOURIST EMIGRATION EXIT CLEARANCE (ECC)
TOURISTS	After 6 months stay you must obtain an ECC from your local Immigration office 2 weeks prior to departure.
